Lost 1.2 pounds yesterday....WOOHOOOOOO! I did everything right on Monday and was surprised that Tuesday only showed .2 pounds but maybe it just evens out as you continue. The 210's are just 3 pounds away!
Don't get me wrong, I have stress in my life, but it's a good stress. Isn't it amazing how getting rid of bad stress in your life and committing to not allow anything or anyone to distract you makes a difference on both your attitude and your happiness?
