Day 8 minor snag was very hungry had a cheese and biscuit supper ending with a small deficit of just 210. I didn't manage a run either. Inexplicably my failure is rewarded with a small drop.
My tidy up work in the garden is going really well though hopefully finish off the last bit of my trimming of one area later. Also today I really need to complete a decent run I am starting to get behind my target.
