Update: This afternoon I purchased electronic scales and checked weight of various items to confirm accuracy of scales. Phew my morning weight of 85kgs is incorrect as my old scales are not accurate, what a relief. I wondered why I weighed lighter at the clinic for the weigh ins. I've been exercising so hard, weighing and watching everything I eat. The old scales were discouraging BUT my body shape is changing! I threw out all my size 20 and size 18 clothes and underwear as they don't fit or fall off. My size 16 shorts and jeans are baggy 🙆♀️🏋♀️ must be all the weight training I'm doing.
