Yay! Last week I couldn't even record, since the scale showed a gain for the first time since I started this project. Yes, it has been "that week" for me, and yes, some variation is normal, and yes, one weigh-in is practically meaningless, but to gain 0.6 lbs. is just not the same as losing 1-2 lbs., and I was not a happy camper. Today I am happier. Here's to happy weeks ahead, and I wish a happy week to anyone who might chance to read this.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
