got a little off track over the holidays , put on about 10 lbs , gradually dropping that , mostly water . started creatine again , it's known to bloat and add water !
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

creatines water retention is intra muscular not SQ. if you are looking watery and bloated that's a diet issue .
