I took time to record my cals today after caving in to a Southern-style lunch with my hubby. Southern-style = a plate of golden-brown fried food. I tried to minimize the damage by passing on the cornbread with butter. And I hate to say it, but the fried green tomatoes were almost worth the extra calories. Love 'em. Now I need to set my mind to taking in less than 500 calories the rest of this day. I can do it, I can do it.
