Wow! Quite a surprise! :)
Inaccurate body fat percentage: 7.4%
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 78.7 cm - Another big surprise! :)
I have spent these last two days away from home. Unfortunately, I have broken my long sweet ban (hope it was a one time deal). I was hungry, with friends and just gave in when I was "hit" by those smells at the grocery store and I bought some cakes and an Ice tea to go with it. The good news is that it didn't taste as good as I was expecting. The expectation was really much better than reality, which I'm definitely grateful for. As a result, I got almost immediate intestinal commotion. My guts were probably not used to those amounts of sugar or just refined sugar itself and I spent one afternoon constantly going to the bathroom lol... When I got home, I slept a lot! And, when I woke up, after many many hours (much more than 8), these were the readings lol. I will keep my resolution to maintain my ban on sweets and hope this experience served to strengthen it rather than weaken it :) I hope everyone is doing fine!
edit: Thank you for accepting my buddy's request Strive2bethin! :)
edit: Today I literally forgot exercise in the morning. I was busy doing some stuff and just didn't remember heheh. But I will still do it! :)

Hello euheide;-) hope your poor belly is feeling better. I had that with potato chips the other day they tasted sooo salty because I wasn't used to it anymore and they burned the moment they got to my stomach! So I only ate 5 whereas a while ago I would've easily had half the bag!(big size bag). Unfortunately I can eat huge amounts of chocolate and still feel fine but am doing better. I have successfully cut out all pasta and white rice from my diet so am slowly getting there;-)
I'm sure your broken sweet ban was a one off and even if not as long as you can control it ,which you seem great at, the occasional sweet won't hurt! Oh and yum ice tea I will have to be super careful not to drink too much of it when I'm back in Switzerland! Australian ice tea tastes awful;-)

My brain was telling me how good a doughnut sounds this morning. Thankfully in reality I know I would take a bite a give it to one of my children. All unhealthy foods are never as good as my brain says they will be. Some are just disgusting now and I think how did I eat this for so long. :/

Thanks Njashka! Today I'm feeling perfect! :) Right now, it looks easy to control but I definitely hope I feel the same in the future heheh. Ahahah, they made it that way so you resist it more easily ;)

Thanks Wholefoodnut! I'm feeling great now! :) I try not to eat them altogether but I just lost it at the grocery store lol. Next time I have to wear a clothespin on my nose when I'm shopping ;)

That's definitely accurate Iamachristianjesusfreak! :) They always taste better in our mind heheh. I think that just happens due to their addictive nature. We eat them more than a few times and we get hooked on it heheh. :)

Sometimes that is what it takes (for food we crave to not taste as good as we thought) to get us motivated to push more.
