Thanks for the tip on restarting the tracking system. I have been on with the working out which has been great. I expected to go about 30 minute on the treadmill with a level 1 hill but I actually went for 42 and felt like I could have kept going but I decided to finish out on the elliptical to spare my shins and knees. The diet wasn't so good, but Fridays and Saturdays are always less controlled so I am not stressing over it. I just need to be a bit more prudent when I am not being too prudent.
