Happy Spring to me! Springing into spring with a 3lbs.+ loss this week! All due to increased exercise, from helping out an ailing relative. But it certainly falls at a good time for me, giving punch to my program. Also, recalculating RDI; I think I am going to try doing it every weigh-in for a while.
