Down one more pound --slow and steady progress!
I have done well with the diet, but haven't exercised as much as I'd like. I'm home with the kids by myself this week, and it's hard to get out of the house. Plus it was hot HOT here yesterday, then we had big thunderstorms and lots of rain. I can lift weights inside during the kids' naptime or after they go to bed, though, which I'll do again today. Every little bit helps, I guess!

Lost so far: 23.0 lb.
Still to go: 7.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

a pound doesn't seem like too much, but yah, hold up a pound of butter and be proud that that is ONE more pound of fat no longer on your body ;) keep up the good work you are doing great!
