Yesterdays experiment effort to reduce carb and increase protein intake worked well I was resolute and somehow avoided the large apple cake staring at me all day. I was definitely not hungry after dinner at all. I know one swallow does not a summer make so I'm going to try to continue this experiment.
The final numbers Carb Fat Protein numbers were: Tuesday - C58%, F30%, P12% against Wednesday C34%, F36%,P30% - A massive swing I honestly felt totally stuffed after dinner. That's a new feeling.
I wasn't expecting a weight loss today but I got one anyway, my BMI is now 24.3 and belly 35"
Since June 5th I have lost over 19KG - Today is an all time low weight FS record for me and I have been recording here since Feb 2017!!
It's now also been two months of Kettle bells and indoor gym work and in that time my weight has dropped from 79.1kg to 75.8Kg and some level of body toning has also occurred, have a butchers below. Hopefully someone will notice the difference?
Today instead of swimming with Claire I will be trying out the gym at the same venue. I'm planning on running on a treadmill for an hour to gauge my effort on a flat surface for a change - I have been getting some ear pain after the swimming and I am waiting for some ear plugs and a cap to be delivered before swimming again.
