It was a crazy weekend. I moved my mom and the rescue I work with adopted out 9 puppies. I slightly ate more than my RDI on Sat due to the pizza hut pan pizza for lunch while moving, but still lost.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
