Well I'd say .2 is a 'no change'. Which is better than a gain. And after looking at all my diary entries, I got exactly what I put into it. Clearly some things are working and other parts need to change but it's not a gain!
Today's Food Entry: 930 - Interval Training 1100 - Nature Valley Granola Bar and Banana 130 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Pear 500 - Tofu Stir Fry 600 - Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt (Lite) 900 - Mango 1100 - Chocolate Banana Dole Bite
Total - 1516 I've logged this before the end of the day and I'm hoping that I'll stay true to this. Thanks for all the support and ideas!
