Fall off the wagon for a about a week but got back on track.. Exercise everyday this week, I am proud of myself.. I really want this I am not giving up.. I owe to my self
221.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
