Wow! Already 9 lbs. lighter, and clothes fit much more loosely! I have sworn to recalculate consumption every 10 lbs., so that should probably be the next weigh-in. I could do it now, I guess, but I won't. Although as I get closer to my desired weight range, it may have to be done more frequently. Anyway, well done, and keep going!
