You know our bodies are amazing works...I am utterly shocked at the way my weight goes up and down on a daily basis. On all the other diets I have been on - I never weighed myself daily. Always weighed in on a Monday- so I had to be "good" over the weekend. Weighing in daily does help keep me "more on track" and focused. I lost 1.5 pounds! Getting so close to my mini goal... I keep looking for new recipes that are easy to make yet have low carb but a decent amount of protein. I surf the internet a lot. I do not like to eat the same menu/recipes every week. I love the "variety is the spice of life" logic. So I am going to keep working at reaching my big goal--- "cause it is going to be a bumpy ride" and planning ahead is a key to success. >>>>Hubby's brain Dr canceled for the second time. Frustration level is at an all time high for him. We will be looking for a new doctor. My family that was coming down for a visit - has just canceled. My little great grand daughter is sick with a cold. :>( but I can't get sick right now -having that heart catherization soon plus the Delta virus is raging in our county. Oh well...life goes on....
300.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My go to chicken salad 300 calories. 4 ounces of chicken breasts cubed, 1/2 c crushed pineapple with juice, 2T sliced almonds, 1 T Miracle Whip salad dressing, 2 stalks celery diced and six romaine lettuce leaves cut up mix together and Enjoy!
