So I started this journey to support my partner who was required to lose 20 pounds in two months.Though are eating is different.I’m more chicken and veggies.Then his is meat and cheese.Kind of had a set back today.I’ve been walking 4miles and trying to toned my stomach area.I got told that it looks like fat rolls on my ribs where it was not before.So thank for the honesty and determination level up requiring.Setbacks just help to improve your mindset and will to strive your goals.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
