It always feels good to see that middle number on the scale change instead of just the last one. Being back in the 180’s this morning really gave me a good feeling.
Today is grocery pick up day (I love not having to go into the store and fight the crowds). I got some new sneakers yesterday and took a short run, today will be a longer one, followed by a dog walk with some cuties from my dog walking business.
I am looking forward to Boca burgers for dinner tonight.

189.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb. Still to go: 19.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

Good company for sure! I work at a School so I have the Summer off. I decided to combine staying active with keeping busy and making some extra cash and I put out word to a few aquaintances that I was walking dogs…. I now have about 10 “clients” and am making $25/hour to do something fun. WIN!

I do volunteer work for the Newington Humane Society, no matter what kind of day you're having they put a smile on your face. Animals are the best company. Enjoy your walk.
