I need to get rid of this excess weight. I have high liver enzymes. I would like to have more energy. I need your help and motivation.

Be ready to forgive yourself if you slip once in a while. It is not the one slip that makes us fat - it is the bad habbits and they take time to change. Plan your good habbits !

The best thing you can do for yourself is keep track of what you eat because that makes you more accountable about what and how much you are eating. Also yes you can do this just take it one day at a time and accept if you slide back because everybody does. we are only human after all.

Ellie37, I started using Fatsecret after being diagnosed with stage 3 liver failure. I happy to report six years later that I am not in liver failure and I'm healthy and strong. You can get your energy back.
