I know why I have not been succeeding the way I would like. There is no mystery. I have to want the change more than I want the calories. I know I can do this, but I have not sufficiently chosen to. Well, here I go again.

The hardest part is that first step. You can do this, and it goes a long way in realizing that you have not made that choice. I know you can...but more importantly it sounds like YOU know you can!! Good job on the green arrow!!

Someone once told me nothing feels better than skinny! I want to feel that again, counting calories is the best way to do it. Today is a new day!!!!!!!
