I do not do the net carbs and 60% of calories from fat on my doctor's recommendations. I have increased my healthy fats and protein, and reduced the amount of processed food I eat. Use only brown rice, bran and whole grain cereals.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
