good week. A+ on tracking food, 64 oz.of water 6 of 8 days, increased exercise, mostly gardening, but back at calisthenics for the first time in months. Only 3 days, but will aim for 5 out of 7 in next challenge.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
