8:8 😁. I am happy !!! I thought I would be closer to 8:10, I knew 8:6 last week was an anomaly so to go up by just over a pound is great.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
