It so hard to get motivated when it's cold. I wanted to work on the bookshelf yesterday after work, but after getting home, cooking, eating, watching an episode of chuck, trash and taking care of the goats the only thing I had left was to grab a blanket.

I cooked a great meal last night. 8oz Round Steak (trimmed all the fat off) simmered in a bit of chicken broth with veggies and a slice of bread (the 45 cal per slice Sara Lee kind. Thank you Sara!!) After a meal like that it really makes me think I can stay on this diet. I need to find a way to better season the steak as it was a bit bland, but I think even some salt and pepper would've helped a lot. We'll try that next time.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
