This drop means a lot to me. It means that healthy eating habits are starting to take hold. It means that even during a solid week of high anxiety I'm not letting my my health go to the wayside. It means all those mornings of writing "I am worth the effort it takes to eat and live healthy" are starting to sink in. Got back out for my fist jog in about a week. Feeling good today. Happy Hump Day FSF!

Thanks! Heebs I agree, seeing other peoples victories and celebrating with them helps keep me inspired. It's got to be the best thing about FS. It's like daily inspiration that motivates me. I love it.
