I do well for about a week then fall apart. Need to go somewhere and be locked away where there is nothing but health food for about a month. It is unfortunate I'm poor.....lol
267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I feel the same. One of those spas for fatties? No money here either, so it is up to us to stick with it. We can't give up... we're not quitters. So we do the best that we can. I gained about 3 pounds in just a couple of days, so I hope like everyone says it's water weight and should come off again quickly. We can do this Tonya.... I know I just have to stay away from the carbs. LC works for me. I'm going to go back and see what I ate when I first started the good weight loss. I lost 15 pounds from 200 to 185. then I gained 5 back. Last year I didn't lose any. It was up and down. Now this year I will have to get busy and "get 'er done". I've been posting my weight on a calendar in the bathroom that's next to the scales. I weighed 187 last Sun and 188.2 today. so I gained 1.2 lbs this week. Just think what I would have gained if I hadn't been trying to lose! .... Stay warm and drive safe...

Hi yer Tonya - I would love to go to a spa maybe one day it will happen, and it will for you too, just keep at it put the poor days behind you do not dwell and all will fall back into place. Stay Happy Warm Healthy and POSITIVE :)

No spa for me either also tight budget. I have been going to a community center gym $20 a year for seniors but with theit hours it's hard for me to get there working full time. I just joined planet fitness $10.00 a mo and my health ins gives me a break of some sort (need to call them now that my laryngitis is better) a couple miles further away but they are open when I can get there. Can't wait to start Have had pneumonia complicated by asthma so maybe today as I'm feeling so much better. I have again eliminated after the holidays most of the food and drinks from my house that sabatoge my plans -- kids bring them and leave them. If they aren't there I won't go buy them.

LOOK UP WE ALL HAVE DAY WE DO BETTER THAN OTHERS, just look in the mirror and know you are worth every investment you make in yourself and family. I have a dress goal for my small goal for feb. 18 2014 and then I will set another small goal when I reach that one. I do have to confess I eat my emotions and I ask God to help me when I feel it coming on. I found the 65 fat grams a day and 135 carbs are really working for me. I just got to push harder on the exercise.
