i understand your reasoning... but I want to encourage you to look online and research weight loss Vs fat loss... look at the graph style infographics. you'll see that weight loss has many fluctuations, fat loss tends to lean towards a straighter line. embracing your fluctuations provides a lot of learning opportunity, and a better understanding of why your numbers are up one day and down the next. you're doing so great though! so well done🏆💃🏽

Also ... A plateau is a necessary opportunity for your body to catch up and take a moment to set to a new normal. You've made such big changes in such a short space of time... Don't be afraid to give your body a break and adapt to the many many changes it has gone through.

Thank you Shereen! I will definitely go and do some research about that. I can be unnecessarily hard on myself sometimes but when I look at the bigger picture, I know I have done incredibly well in a small portion of time. I also recently started exercise and I know that has a big impact on things as well. And i think you are right with the body catchup thing. So far I haven’t got any loose skin and I believe it could be due to my body adjusting correctly! Thank you for your kind words and encouragement!
