8:12, stayed the same, that’s ok ✅. I didn’t read too much into my 8:10 naughty weigh in, back to not stepping on a scale until Monday weigh in day 😑.
124.5 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
