Still sucking at the whole working out thing, but I feel pretty good knowing that what I am doing is still working for me. I have not gained anything since the last weigh in, nor have I lost, but steady is great for me considering! I am so hoping to get back into the gym next week...I know I keep saying this, but I have been so busy at work I hardly leave my office until it is time to go home. It sucks, but I am glad to have a job! Eating is going pretty good for me...I don't do things 100%, but I am still watching my portion sizes and try to eat nothing but the fruits, veggies & yogurt during the day so that at night when we don't have time to cook dinner I am ok with things. It is working well for me. Hope everyone is still doing good! Nothing but the best to you all!
