i said i wasn't gonna re-weigh till sunday, but since i've been eating so poorly, meaning not enough or not on time, i thought i'd do it just for self-monitoring purposes.

i lost one more pound... so i'm happy.

not hungry much these days due to stress and when i eat it feels yucky,but then later i feel like i nver ate and get hungry at odd hours of the night... i don't eat though.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
