Ok, finally the scale is moving in the right direction! I think that a few days ago I finally hit my last straw with feeling fed up with myself and lack of motivation. I still have a long way to go but if I keep focused and paced the way I am right now there's nothing I can't accomplish. I hope you are all doing well!!!
161.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
