My belly button shrunk!!! Who knew that weight loss caused one to have a smaller belly button? Anyhow, I am not getting my dedicated exercise in but I have walked the malls for the last 2 days (over 12,000 steps per day, I think that equals 6 miles of walking for each day). I need to get back to my dedicated exercise and martial arts. The holidays are a real speed bump as my time is filled with other responsibilities. I will start my dedicated exercise back up after Christmas.
