wow, 2 lbs in 3 days. its probably just normal fluctuation.

Yesterday was easy. Went to applebees and had one of the 550 meals. It was very good and satisfieing.

i think mornings are the toughest for having cravings. Same chocolate cravings that i've had in the morning for 3 days.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
