TGIF!! It's a good day.... I've been so good this week on my eating and walking/running. I'm seeing results!! 3 less pounds on the scale! I feel great and motivated to continue! Happy Friday Everyone!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
