Feeling good. Solidly down 5 lbs. I'm walking half hour to an hour a few days a week. Got my second Pfizer covid shot yesterday. The weather has been fabulous. Yeah, feeling good. 😊👍
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
