Disappointed BUT, nothing that can't be undone! Besides, I'm not sure if it's just a temporary gain from water due to the change in the climate and water intake or other factors. Time will tell.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
