Setelah hampir satu bulan makan bar-bar. Naik 1 KG. Badan mulai linu2 lagi, dan kerasa dibagian punggung mulai menebal. Jdi start diet lagi. 💪
135.8 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
