Yey!! one more pound gone... i was worried cuz i hadn't moved much in the last week. good job Me!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm right there with ya girl! I have dropped an average of 3 pounds a week if you do the math BUT in reality it comes in spurts and I get discouraged in between! Hang in there!

I'm now 195... I am soooo happy. I slipped a little today but I attribute it to my raging migraine that just wouldn't budge. Most of the day I couldn't eat cuz I was nauseous. But as soon as the pain subsided, I was starving. So I had a hefty omellette compliments of my son. It was the best ever!
