I was pleasantly surprised yesterday that I didn’t gain. Yet, I’m not going to weigh in today because we had such a late dinner, and it was fattening,(huge hamburger and we split fries). I don’t want to get depressed , but I am back on track today with the regulated work week.
It's time to spring forward to a maladjusted sleep cycle. I did really well!!! I woke up at 4 AM so today it was actually 3 AM and I’m up and going, it didn’t affect me —- yahoo! 😊🌸

I’ve always been an early riser Wifey. My mother would wake me up super super early in the morning, she didn’t care what you did, you could stand on your head for all she cared, but you had to be out of bed at least by six. 🙃
I guess it created a good habit.
She came from a farm life so I think that’s why, there were times I hated it though.
