@WaistAway87 and @Desre ❤️❤️😍. I have noticed that I seem to lose bit by bit from Wed-Sat and then Sun-Tues I stay the same or "gain" a lil which I think is water fluctuations. It's super interesting

Hi dear, how many calories did you eat a day?

Hello! I eat between 1500 and 1700...during the week I try stick to around 1500 and weekends a bit higher. I try not to be so hard on myself and even if I eat more calories I still stick foods/snacks that are on plan (keto)
