Smaller drop than normal because I didn't have a good week emotionally and I slacked off a bit on my exercise because of it. Still going in the right direction though, just want to stay getting after it full speed and not slow down
193.7 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
