Been dealing with the loss of my best friend this week. I haven't been logging my food with complete honesty and certainly have not been getting my exercise in. Grief is an intense experience. Took my dog for a walk this morning and am going to get back to work today. Planning on getting on my treadmill this evening. He would want me to keep moving toward my goals.
