okey, naik lagi stlh 12hr kmudian 😂
bismillah, semoga Krn otot.
Krn paha keliatan kyk ada gumpalan gitu Krn sering squat.
mungkin kali yakk.

pdhl masih pngen k 46kg, pngen paha kecil..
dptnya kenceng n kyk numbuh gitu paha atas.
