Fallen into abit of a dip.
But I worked out for the first time in 5 and a half months so that’s an up and from Monday I’m back to strict meal plans 🙈
Struggling with nibbling at the moment because I’m home the whole day.
Hopefully once my degree starts things will get back to normal 🙈
118.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
