Yeyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! It's a great day. Yesterday I was so bummed that I had gained weight instead of losing. i stuck it through with my eating and drank lots of water and other fluids. wether the weight was water or not, today i am a lot lighter!! feeling awesome!!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
