Well today was an awakening. My old scale went caput yesterday. So we bought a new one, stepped on it and it showed a 4 pound jump. Who knows but what is, is... so the new weight is what I am going with.😭 The non scale victory I am celebrating is. I am back into a pair of jeans I couldn't get on a month ago. So the scales might not reflect a loss clothes are.
A wonderful thing also happened on FB yesterday and today. My hubby posted his Valentine quilt, I got brave enough to post in my quilting group. So many wonderful comments, and actual requests for my pattern I used. So I guess I am not so bad at putting colours and quilting as I feared.
