9:1, well that’s what happens when you spend the weekend eating Domino’s 🍕 , Galaxy 🌌 chocolate 🍫 bars and drinking copious amounts of whisky 🥃 & wine🍷.

At least I didn’t gain ⚖️.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
