Slowly but surely.
The weight was coming off really quickly before Christmas, but has slowed down as I’ve upped my calories from an unsustainable 800 -1000 calories a day to 1200 calories.
Not far off my first goal. Hopefully I’ll hit that in the next couple of weeks then I can look at reducing by another 7lb at a time.
