OK- Crazy wedding diet is over and done with! Married and totally mighty, but I put on a lot of water weight immediately, then a bit of fat.
I'm still hitting the gym, so my muscle mass is great- it's just coated with a lush layer of H2O and chub. I'm back to my pre-diet weight, even though I know it's deceiving (I gained 10-15lbs in muscle), so really, I'm still ahead!
Still, I miss being extra fit. Back on the wagon!
Sodium purge! Low Carb! High Protein!
We'll see if I have any will power left.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
