Down is good 😸
Scale range was 214.5 to 216, so I chose the middle number again.
Mostly low carb, but some meals were meatless, but always under calorie allotment. There were a few treats thrown in too. Small amount of chocolate and some blackberries.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
